Here are the approved Membership Fee breakdowns for the 2025-26 Curling season.
All returning teams must have at least 3 members (for 4-person teams) / 2 members (for doubles teams) registered with at least the membership fee plus HST paid before 8:00pm on 29 May 2025 in order to save their league spot. All returning members who register before 30 May 2025 will receive a $25 registration discount, so the minimum that must be paid by returning players is $265.55. ($260 membership fee minus $25 registration discount plus $30.55 HST)
City View has 4 categories of Fees
(1) Regular Full Membership:
Base Membership Fee = $293.80 ($260 + HST)
(Note: $25 discount applied if paid before 30 May 2025)

NOTES:
- Benefits of payment of Base Membership Fee include joining other leagues by paying the applicable fee, sparing in any league except Day Men/Friendly Friday, being a 5th/6th member in fixed team leagues, participating in club events, booking practice ice for free, representing CVCC in OCA/OVCA/LCA events, and attending/voting in any general meeting of members.
- If a member registers for more than 3 leagues, they will have a 50% discount off the league fee for the 4th or more league.
- Where a team has 4 fully paid and registered members, members can be added as a fifth or sixth member of an existing team at no charge if it is allowed in that league . Please do NOT register as a 5th or 6th member since you will be incorrectly charged; contact the league coordinator to be added.
- $25 non-refundable fee upon cancellation or membership refund request
(2) Youth Membership:
Base Membership Fee = $113.00 ($100 + HST)

- Sunday Half Season Little Rocks, U-15, U-18 or U-21= $169.50 ($50 + HST)
(3) Spare Membership: (entitles you to all benefits of payment of Base Membership Fee as noted above. A Spare Member cannot play in either Day Men or Friendly Fridays as those leagues do not have spares.)

Early Registration Bonus = $25 discount if base membership fee is paid before 30 May 2025.

Late Payment Fee = $50 if fees are not fully paid by 15 September 2025.
- Fee for Cancellation or Membership Refund Request = $25 (NOTE: No cancellation/refunds after curling has begun.) Exceptions to the refund policy for medical reasons will be considered until 20 October 2025.
